Okay, I have like 38 seconds to write this post because Dustin is already in bed and I don't want him to go to sleep without me, but I know that if I put this off any longer it's going to become one of those HUGE mountainous posts that will take me like 4 years to write. Staying at home is WONDERFUL! I love having the ability to both spend time with Dallas and sweep my kitchen floor every once in a while. Before, I felt like I had to choose one or the other. I'm still having to remind myself that it's okay to put Dallas down for a few minutes...that I'll still have time to play with her later...but also, if I want to, I can hold her and play with her for hours because I'll still be home tomorrow to do whatever chores don't get done today. It's FANTASTIC!
Just in case there are anyone else out there who would like some help in getting organized, I want to share with you the Motivated Moms chore planner. It's not just for moms, though. It's a list of chores broken down by day so that you don't have to think about what you need to accomplish every day. Isn't that great? It costs only $8 to download the calendar for the whole year, and for the record (and I've already told this to a few people) I think that downloading and sharing the calendar is kind of stealing, so don't ask me to do that...mmmkay? $8 is really not that much when you look at all of the stuff that is on this calendar and think about how much time it must have take the "Motivated Mom" who first created it. Thank you to my cousin Nikki who first told me about this calendar.
Lastly, I'm going to have to ask everyone to please refrain from writing any interesting posts in the next few days or so because I'm not going to have time to get on the computer very often and I don't want to get behind in reading. Okee dokee? I will post again as soon as I have another free minute. I know you're all just DYING to see some new pics of the CUTEST BABY IN THE WORLD. Am I right?
Later peeps!

Yay! I'm so happy you're finally staying home with your little one! Isn't it just the best thing ever?!
That calendar sounds interesting...I'll have to check it out!
You're welcome! I'm glad that you find it helpful. I sure did when I started out, and I think I'm going to start using it again...when we get into some kind of routine.
I'm glad that you enjoy being home. Isn't it great?!
I'm sorry that I wrote something new today, but maybe you won't find it too interesting. Regardless, it'll still be there when you find the time to read it.
Thanks for giving us an update!
